In the fitting room the first steps are to listen to your concerns, see how the breasts sit in the cup, measure – and then discuss the bra styles and shaping options for balancing the breasts.
If less than a cup difference in breast size, a padded fashion bra with the right cup shape can achieve a balanced look because the more structured cup shapes the breast. If more than a cup difference, a partial form can add volume. If breast tissue has been lost, a shaper can recreate a balanced shape. Partial forms and shapers are fitted into a range of pocketed fashion bra styles.
When the bra and/or shaping have been decided, the next step is to review the fit. When shoulder straps have been adjusted to correct breast alignment and support, standing, sitting and moving is a good indicator of wear comfort. Putting on the ‘horizontal lined fitting top’ to check the front and side breast profile in the mirror is good indicator of breast alignment.
