Product Notes
The vest length can provide compression to the breast and around the chest, but the breast can be less contained and have less shape. Internal pockets hold compression pad accessories for targeted compression but can need alteration because they tend not to have the shape needed to hold a breast form in position.
Talking to your Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist is the best way to determine the garment(s) and frequency of wear that is appropriate for your circumstances. Research suggests that treatment and management can be more successful when they combine massage, exercise and care in choosing bras that do not restrict lymph flow.
Research also suggests that, with frequent wear, the medical efficacy (performance life) of this garment is likely to be 6-12 months. This can increase when garments are used in rotation because washing, drying and resting the bra between wears can improve performance.

Measure & Size Notes
Sizing Notes
*Band sizes 26-28 By Order.
Product Label Sizing European (EU).
Measuring Tips
Measure to the nearest centimetre.
A flexible cloth tape is best. Alternatively, use non-stretch fabric or a belt, mark the size and then measure the length with a metal tape or ruler. Avoid string because it presses into the skin and flexible metal tapes because they wrap unevenly.
Having someone else measure is better. Wear a bra, stand still and upright, relax and breathe out. Measure the underbust against the skin under the bra band and measure the bust over the bra. If self-measuring, use a mirror to check posture and that the tape is level and wrapped firmly (but not tightly) around the body.
After a unilateral mastectomy, measure the bust using the Half Bust x 2 illustration above, then calculate the bust measurement.
After a bilateral mastectomy, measure the underbust, then use the Sizing Chart to select the preferred cup size.
Sizing Suggestions
If purchasing online, relying on an existing band and cup size is unlikely to achieve a good fit because this garment uses Product Specific sizing.
Whilst measurement can be a reliable way to match chest circumference to band size and breast volume to cup size, it cannot match the garment style to extent of swelling. If a compression pad is needed for targeted compression, sizing can change.
A STUDIO fitting allows for assessment of the area of swelling, understanding what your physiotherapist is expecting, and then selecting the bra style and accessories best suited to your needs.
