The Amoena Aylin Soft Non Underwire Bra is a pocketed bra that comes in two colours.

It has a soft and seamless fitting bonded fabric, slightly wider underbust band and straps, and better suits smaller breasts.

When is the Amoena Aylin Soft Non Underwire Bra the right choice?

The Amoena Aylin Soft Non Underwire Bra is a good choice if you're looking for a comfortable wire free bra for casual and night wear, a gentle fit during radiation or chemotherapy, or an occasional wear bra when treating lymphoedema.

It can be worn as a fashion bra, fitted with a partial breast form to balance breast shape or add breast volume or worn as a mastectomy bra with a breast form.

What breast shape will it give me?

The Amoena Aylin Soft Non Underwire Bra has a moulded cup that gives you a more rounded breast shape. Its soft bonded fabric is seamless under sheer tops but is less supportive and better suits smaller breasts.

Is this bra comfortable to wear after breast surgery?

The Amoena Aylin Soft Non Underwire Bra feels more comfortable when transitioning to fashion bras after breast surgery because there are no underwires to press on breast incisions or tender parts of the breast or chest, and no side stays in the band to press on underarm incisions.

Its tapering higher underarm band usually covers a mastectomy incision and the tissue flap at the end of a mastectomy incision and being seamless it's less likely to irritate lower lumpectomy or axillary clearance scars.

It has medium width straps for a little more support.

Does this bra retain underarm and back tissue?

It has a higher, upward curved underarm band retains more underarm tissue and the more U-shaped back band retains some back tissue.

The bra label states the main fabric is 72% Polyamide, 28% Spandex, the pocket is 72% Polyester, 28% Spandex, the cup fabric is 72% Polyester, 28% Spandex, and it's made for Amoena in China.

What type of fastener does this bra have?

It has a rear hook-and-eye fastener with 3 rows of clips on sizes S, M, and 4 rows on L, XL, 2XL.

The fastener has 4 adjustment positions and fits our bra extenders if more adjustment is needed.

Are the bra straps adjustable?

It has adjustable straps so the band can be positioned on the chest just under the breasts on longer and shorter torsos.

Has it been tested for harmful chemicals?

There are third party OEKO-TEX material certificates, but it doesn't have OEKO-TEX Product Certification.

Can washing and drying affect my bra?

Yes. It can be machine washed in cold water but must not be tumble dried (for more, go to Caring for fashion and sports bras).
