The Silima Anna Padded Non Underwire Bra has foam padded cups that give you a seamless rounded breast shape with a little more volume and, being a little more structured, can hide some breast unevenness.

Is this bra comfortable to wear after breast surgery?

The Silima Anna Padded Non Underwire Bra feels more comfortable when transitioning to fashion bras after breast surgery because there are no underwires to press on breast incisions or tender parts of the breast or chest, and no side stays in the band to press on underarm incisions.

Its higher underarm band usually covers a mastectomy incision and the tissue flap at the end of a mastectomy incision and has slightly softer seams that are less likely to irritate lumpectomy or axillary clearance scars.

It has narrower straps that suit a top where the straps may show.

Does this bra retain underarm and back tissue?

It has a higher, upward curving underarm band that retains more underarm tissue, but the narrower less U-shaped back band retains less back tissue.
