Is this bra comfortable to wear after breast surgery?

The Amoena Lara Satin Padded Non Underwire Bra feels a little more comfortable when transitioning to fashion bras after breast surgery because there are no underwires to press on breast incisions or tender parts of the breast or chest, but side stays in the band can press on underarm incisions.

Its tapering medium height underarm band usually covers a mastectomy incision, sits below the tissue flap at the end of a mastectomy incision, and has the slightly softer seams that can reduce irritation of lower lumpectomy or axillary clearance scars.

It has narrower straps that suit a top where the straps may show.

Does this bra retain underarm and back tissue?
