The Megami Lotus Adaptive Non Underwire Bra has foam padded cups that give you a teardrop breast shape with a little more volume, have a little more structure that can hide some breast unevenness, and the single vertical seam on the bottom half of the cup is less likely to show.

Is this bra comfortable to wear after breast surgery?

The Megami Lotus Adaptive Non Underwire Bra feels more comfortable when transitioning to fashion bras after breast surgery because there are no underwires to press on breast incisions or tender parts of the breast or chest, and no side stays in the band to press on underarm incisions.

Its higher underarm band usually covers a mastectomy incision, encloses the tissue flap at the end of a mastectomy incision, and has softer seams that are less likely to irritate lumpectomy or axillary clearance scars.

It has narrower straps that suit a top where the straps may show.

Does this bra retain underarm and back tissue?

It has a higher upward curved underarm band that retains more underarm tissue, but the narrower less U-shaped back band retains less back tissue.
