Product Notes

As a guide selection, use the cotton cover to avoid direct contact between the pad and the skin. Do not use the pads on an open wound and do not use the pads for more than 20 minutes at a time.

Discuss the hot or cold treatment for your circumstances with your Surgeon, GP or Mid-Wife and read the product directions before use.

To cool, place in a freezer. To heat, place in a microwave for 10 seconds then test the temperature. If needed, use a further 2-4 second increment. Overheating can damage the product and/or cause injury. Always test the temperature before placing the pad on the breast. Wash the pad and cover in warm water and mild soap.
