Registered NDIS Providers can assess the type of garment that a participant can claim and the funding that has been allocated under their Service Agreement.
WHEN YOU DROP-IN TO THE BREASTCARE STUDIO
For recovery compression garments, we will take the measurements needed to achieve a good fit.
For a first fashion bra and prosthesis fitting, we will spend time in the fitting room to create a natural looking breast shape.
For subsequent bra and breast prosthesis fittings, we will first review your fitting. It may be that adjusting your bra is all that is needed. If a change in body, breast or lifestyle means that a new shape, size or style is needed we will fit the new prosthesis. If the existing prosthesis has been damaged or has lost integrity, we will show you any new options and then fit your new prosthesis.
We will then forward a quotation to your Provider with the banking details needed for them to make an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) on acceptance of the quotation.
When payment is received, we will contact you to confirm delivery of the garment.
WHEN YOU PURCHASE ONLINE OR BY PHONE
If repeat purchase of a previously fitted garment is needed, we will provide your Provider with a quotation and then contact you for delivery of the garment when payment is received.
