To the Upper Arm & Extending to the Armpit
It is difficult to correctly size arm lift garments because pre-surgery measurements can be very unreliable.
A better option can be to talk with your surgeon about using medical bandaging in hospital.
When post-operative swelling reduces the arms can be measured. A STUDIO fitting is suggested because the fit across the shoulders varies. Whilst a second garment allows one to be washed, dried and rested, it can be better to wait in case further swelling reduction means a smaller size is needed.

An enclosed vest can support smaller breasts. An open vest with a soft bra can be better for larger breasts. If the incision does not extend to the armpit, a short vest can be an option.
Outcomes suggest less arm swelling when the sleeve extends to the wrist.
After sutures are removed and skin fully closes, 100% medical grade silicone ointment and sheets act as a protective barrier over scars, reducing water evaporation and helping stop excessive scar tissue build-up.
