Medium support sports bras are better for moderate breast movement activities such as walking, Pilates, Yoga and golf.

Our medium support pocketed sports bras have cups that provide the medium compression and fuller breast encapsulation needed to reduce breast movement and the wider band and shoulder straps needed to cushion loads.

These bras can be worn as a mastectomy sports bra with a breast form in the pocketed cup. If breast shape is uneven after breast reconstruction or radiation, a partial form or shaper can be fitted into the pocketed cups to balance the breasts.
