Talking to your Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist is the best way to determine the pad type and frequency of wear that is appropriate for your circumstances.
Our observations suggest treating localised oedema or lymphoedema can be more successful when frequent wear of the right bra and pad is combined with massage, exercise and care in choosing bras that don't restrict lymph flow.
Can I wear this pad on the left and right side?
The Jobst JoViPad Post Lumpectomy Pad has the same profile on each side, so it can be fitted on either side of the body.
How will this pad feel when I wear it under my bra?
The pad has a cushioning effect that is soft against the skin and being breathable, it can feel cooler to wear.
But it will add some bulk under your bra, and this can affect bra size and show under a closer fitting top.
What material is this pad made from and where is it made?
The pad label states the outer material is 100% Polyester and the filling is 100% Polyurethane Foam.

How do I wash and dry this pad?
Machine wash on a gentle cycle using cold water and a mild detergent (don't use a fabric softener, brightener or stain remover), then air dry in the shade (avoid direct sunlight).
