Non-underwire fashion bras do not have the rigid underwires that can create lines of pressure and restrict lymph flow. They have a slightly wider band and straps and slightly higher cleavage line that distributes pressure more evenly over the chest, breast and underarm where lymph nodes and vessels have been compromised.
