In days gone by, a corsetiere specialised in making and fitting what we now call lingerie and compression garments.
They used knowledge, experience, informed questions and observation to bring their 'art' alive in the Fitting Room.
As specialist garment fitters we continue the 'art of the corsetiere' by fitting garments to the individual body shapes of men and women.
You do not need an appointment, drop-in anytime during trading hours.

As specialists in fitting for surgery and life after surgery, our range includes post-surgery compression garments and silicone scar management products, non-underwire fashion and sports bras for comfort and confidence after breast surgery, lymphoedema compression bras and sleeves, pregnancy belly bands, belts and leggings, and hernia belly bands, girdles and binders.
Our male and female post-surgery compression garments include binders, body suits, briefs, face masks, girdles, leggings, shorts, compression sleeves and vests. We have post-surgery compression bras for all types of breast surgery. And we stock NewGel scar management products because we consistently receive positive feedback.
Corsetry fitting after breast surgery led to specialising in non-underwire fashion and sports bras because they reduce the risk of lymph flow restriction, can be more comfortable to wear over incisions, and can be worn as a mastectomy bra with breast form in the pocketed cup or fitted with a partial form to balance breast shape. Our mastectomy swimwear and tops have a supportive pocketed shelf bra.
If you are undergoing treatment or managing lymphoedema in the breast and/or arm, we have lymphoedema compression bras, breast pads for targeted compression, compression sleeves, gauntlets and gloves, and lower compression travel sleeves that can reduce the risk of aggravating or triggering swelling.
During pregnancy and after giving birth, we have larger cup size non-underwire fashion and sports bras to manage breast tenderness and changing breast size, belly bands and belts to manage pain and discomfort and leggings and shorts that can improve mobility and comfort.
If you are about to have hernia repair surgery, we have post-surgery compression girdles and abdominal binders that aid mobility during recovery. If you are living with an abdominal hernia, we have men's and women's hernia briefs and compression girdles.

BreastCare WA is a Garment and Fitting Specialist. Fitting garments in our Burswood Fitting STUDIO provides the opportunity to continually ‘test’ how well garment fit. We know when the quality of manufacture might have changed, we get a feel for how long a product can last with appropriate care, and we hear firsthand how our clients feel about a garment after they have been fitted.
Rather than just showing as many products as possible, our ONLINE Fitting STUDIO only shows products that we are prepared to use in the Fitting Room.
