Soft Forms

The Berlei Bra and Soft Form is included in the My Care Kit that is provided free of charge by Berlei and the Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) to women in Australia undergoing surgery for breast cancer.

The My Care Kit is ordered by the Breast Care Nurse and is usually delivered directly to ladies prior to surgery.

Wearing the bra and soft form is an important first step after surgery. If you are unsure, drop into the STUDIO with your bra and soft form for a complimentary fitting.
