Damask Rose Bra Alteration & Adjustment is available to ladies who purchase lingerie, tops and swimwear from BreastCare WA.

When an off the rack bra, top or bather does not match your body and breast shape, an alteration or adjustment may be needed to achieve a good fit. For example:

Fashion & Sports Bras

If the bra band size is just too short or long, altering the band can give a good fit. If the strap length does not have enough adjustment for the bra band to sit just under the breast, altering the strap can achieve the fit that is needed.

If an existing fashion bra does not have pockets, or a maximum support sports bra is not available in a pocketed cup, fitting a pocket(s) allows the bra to be worn with a breast form, partial form or shaper.

Lymphoedema Compression Bra

The Lymph O Fit bra has a special raised node inner surface to promote lymph drainage. Matching pockets can be fitted to ensure the chest area benefits from the node surface effect.

Tops

For ladies wanting to go flat, altering the padded cup in a top with a shelf bra can give that hint of shape needed for the cup not to pucker.

Swimwear

If a bather has a pocketed shelf bra with a universal pocket size, a smaller breast may sit higher than the swim form. Adding a seam to the beast form pocket can correct this misalignment.

If an existing bather does not have a shelf bra and/or pockets, adding a shelf bra and/or pocket(s) allows the bather to be worn with a swim form or partial swim form.

For a new bra, top or bather, changes are measured and pinned in the Fitting Room at BreastCare STUDIO whilst being fitted. For an existing garment, drop into BreastCare to discuss what is needed.
