Surgery &/or Liposuction
After surgery to remove the glandular tissue and/or liposuction to remove chest fat, a compression garment provides the firm and even pressure that aids mobility and holds the shape of the newly contoured chest.
Given that the garment is usually worn for 2-6 weeks, and sometimes up to 3 months, a second garment allows one to be worn and while the other is washed, dried and rested.

For shorter torso lengths, a binder may give cover beyond the area of liposuction.
A vest gives fuller coverage. The central fastener is usually clear of the area of liposuction and unlikely to cause marking on the skin.
After sutures are removed and skin fully closes, 100% medical grade silicone ointment and sheets act as a protective barrier over scars, reducing water evaporation and helping stop excessive scar tissue build-up.
